| Sealed tenders are invited from Islamabad/ Rawalpindi based reputed firms GST registered having proper shops/office with telephone facility, for purchase of the following items:- 1. Stationery/Miscellaneous/Computer & Electrical Items 2. Laptop 3. Desktop Computers (Branded) 4. UPS for Computers 5. Furniture & Fixtures (Wooden Table, Wooden Rack, Steel Almirah, Steel Cabinet & Officer Chair) Security deposit @ 5% of quoted price for each item(s) in shape of pay order in favour of DDO, Pakistan National Accreditation Council (PNAC), will have to be deposited by each bidder which will be returned to un-successful bidders after scrutinizing. Security deposit of successful bidders will be retained as per terms & conditions of the tender/warranty period. Sealed tenders must reach the undersigned by 8th June 2010 at 11.00 AM (instead of 4th June 2010), which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of firm's representatives available on the spot.
